Returns & Delivery Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no visible damage to the sealings. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. these include products from the artemis Arms range which are made to order and apply from the moment we send order confirmation.

Sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, please send to the Trade Jones address at the bottom of this page.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. please note if any purchases were made using discount codes or credit, we can only provide a refund for the amount which you paid by card, not including the delivery fee (as stated below), which can be seen on your receipt.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds can take up to 30 days to process from receiving confirmation that your refund has been accepted. if you have received an email from us confirming your refund status and you haven’t received a refund after this 30 day period, first check your bank account and that all details are correct. next step is to contact your bank or credit card company to check the status and if any funds are being held.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delivery Policy Standard retail products

Order Cutoff Time: 17:00
Retail items are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 business days). this is a chargeable service at a set price and will be displayed when you go to checkout before you confirm and pay for your order.

Delivery policy for Artemis Arms Products

Order cutoff time 17:00
Products from the Artemis Arms product Range will automatically qualify for free delivery due to the weight and production time of the products and this will be shown as “FREE” in the checkout. from receiving your order confirmation dispatch time is 1-15 business days, and delivery will take 3-5 business days dependant on local courier availability.
